Johnston & Associates began when Gordon first entered the life insurance industry in 1980.
His entrepreneurial skills were applied to developing an independent approach to a structured corporate environment. By 1985 he became licensed to sell mutual funds as well as being a marketing and sales leader of insurance products. At this time he teamed with Paul Flynn to form a personal lines and property casualty brokerage firm known as Johnston, Flynn and Associates. The relationship succeeded under this operating name until 1990 at which time Gordon split the business portfolio to be re-established as Johnston & Associates.
Since then, his expertise and professional services have developed many successful financial solutions for clients, friends and family members in the areas of individual or group insurance and investment benefit plans. Through innovative technology he now strengthens and facilitates improvements and enhancements to an existing and growing membership of satisfied clients.
